Returns & Refunds

Response Ready Fire Systems LLC dba EmberHawk Sprinklers ("EmberHawk").
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If an EmberHawk product isn't right for you, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Testing a sprinkler with water is exactly what we ask you to do, so a water-tested unit is returnable when it meets the condition requirements below.
30-Day Returns, No Restocking Fee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility on all orders, kits and individual products alike, unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product — in those cases we cover return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
Before shipping anything back, email sales@emberhawksprinklers.com or call 877-347-3732, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific, to receive return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Condition
Returned products must be complete and in clean, functional condition.
Water testing does not void a return. We tell every customer to run the sprinkler on the ground and on the roof before committing to it. Water use, water spotting, mineral staining, and normal surface weathering from testing are all fine, and none of them block a return.
That said, testing a sprinkler is not the same as wearing it out. A product that comes back scratched, scuffed, dented, or otherwise showing signs of heavy use or abuse — basically beat up — is not returnable. Cosmetic damage from rough handling, drops, dragging, or extended field use is not considered normal testing.
Returns are blocked only when a product has been modified, cut, drilled, or otherwise altered; damaged through misuse or freezing; returned scratched, dented, or showing signs of heavy use or abuse beyond normal water testing; or returned incomplete.
All components, fittings, mounting hardware, and other items originally included with the product must be returned.
Original packaging is preferred but is not required, provided the product is properly packaged and protected during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
We refund the full price you paid for the product. Outbound shipping is not deducted from your refund.
Return shipping costs are not refunded and are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible at sales@emberhawksprinklers.com or 877-347-3732.
Do not return a damaged or defective product without contacting us first. We will provide instructions and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If possible, photograph any shipping damage and the packaging before discarding it.
Warranty Claims
Products covered by an applicable EmberHawk warranty are handled separately from standard returns. Contact us before shipping a product being returned for a warranty claim.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products for which a return is requested more than 30 days after delivery
- Products that have been modified, altered, cut, drilled, or otherwise changed from their original condition
- Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, freezing, vehicle impact, fire exposure, or other external causes
- Products returned scratched, scuffed, dented, or showing signs of heavy use, abuse, or wear beyond normal water testing
- Products returned incomplete or missing components
- Products damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging
Exchanges
If you would like a different EmberHawk product, contact us before returning your original order. Customers are responsible for return shipping and for any difference in product price.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable may be refunded after the shipment is received and inspected. Return carrier fees on refused or undeliverable individual products may be deducted from the refund.
